ST. LOUIS EMPOWERMENT NETWORK VENDOR INFORMATION A NETWORKING EVENT FOR THE COMMUNITY Purpose - To expand your business with new customer leads. Goal - For you to leave the event or workshop with at least a quality leads, referrals or contacts to expand your business or to raise your awareness •We assist in building your image by branding your products and services with AFFORDABLE quality events, workshops and seminars thus driving more customers and sales to you. •Nationally inter-weave our networks to form a cooperative economic network in the inner city community. Advertising & Exposure Your Temporary Storefront & Network Expansion We will do ALL we can to make our events a huge success. We will be using local media, press releases, street team promotions and other sources to make publicize this event. We implore you to use this day as your store front and invite your customers, friends and family. As a community we can make this very successful. Although we can not make guarantee of sales, you are free to use tools in your power to pre-sale your product or service at this event. We invite you to host drawings so that you can collect quality leads and referrals. Expectations from You We encourage each vendor to reach into your network and get at least confirm (10) customers, business associates, prospects, family or friends to commit to coming to support you and the community. If everyone invite his or her network, we can guarantee a successful event. You network + my network = 1 Great Network Details About the Event This is a networking event for all businesses. We are targeting for this event, single or engaged, soon to be engaged, wedding couples (male and female) that are getting married either on a budget or searching for unique services and products for their special day. You will have total non-stop showcase time of 6 hours. All workshops & speakers will be held in the Missouri Room. We will give the audience a snippet of what the workshops are about then direct them to the workshop room if they wish. We do ask that you have a demonstration, samples or giveaways for this event. We will come to your booth and ask you to talk about your special services & specials. We will provide some refreshments at this event, however if you have special needs, we do encourage you to pack your food. There is a restaurant on site that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at reasonable prices. There is free parking. There are bellhop stands in the lobby to transport your items. Please sign in at the registration table before setting up. We encourage you to have a drawing and registration of the guests that visit your table.
